There are different types of dermal fillers, but most are composed of Hyaluronic Acid. 

Hyaluronic Acid is a naturally occurring substance found in the body. When used in fillers, it

can add volume to the face. It is used to plump and hydrate lips. But it is also used to restore 

lost volume in the cheeks, smile lines, chin and jaw. 

How Long Does it Last?

Dermal fillers can last for about 8-18 months depending on what type of filler you receive.

Is There Down Time?

Bruising and swelling can last for up to two weeks after injections. Fillers should be done weeks in advance to events, weddings, etc.
